ICF BLOCK MAKING PROCESS
The complete line you need for making EPS blocks includes the following:
1.EPS Pre-expander Machine(It can expand EPS raw materials to eps beads of different densities).
2.EPS Shape Moulding Machine. (It can make eps beads into different shapes of ICF blocks according to the mould drawing)
3.Mould. (It can make different shapes of ICF blocks).
4.To run the line, you need other auxiliary machines such as steam boiler, steam accumulator, air compressor, etc. We don’t manufacturer these machines so you have to buy from professional suppliers, but we can also help you buy if you need.
EPS SILO INTRODUCTION
After expansion, the EPS beads have to be put into the silos for curing for about 5 hours at the temperature of around 30°C and then do the second expansion for lower density or transferred into the
block moulding machine to make blocks. The quantity of the silo is designed according to the quantity of the customers’ required capacity.
The more silos the bigger output. In our factory, we have 16 silos, 8 for first expansion and 8 for second expansion. The best size of the silo is 3m (length)*3m (width)*4.5m (height), which is made by iron pipes and nylon net. But the customers can also make the silos by themselves.
EPS SHAPE MOLDING MACHINE
Machine Advantages:
◆ The inner space of the equipment is widened, and a mold with a maximum width of 1.85 meters can be
installed.
◆ The ejection frame and window are made of aluminum alloy profiles, which do not rust and have a long
service life.
◆ Steam is controlled by one main valve and one auxiliary valves so it can save steam.
◆There is a supporting rail under the moving mould plate to disperse the force on the guide columns so
that the guide columns can have a long service life.
◆The safety door is made of stainless steel and the door rails are made of alloy profiles.
◆ The equipment is equipped with pressure sensors and the parameters of steam pressure and heating
can be controlled on the touch screen.
You can choose dual control of pressure gauge and pressure
sensor, if pressure gauge has problems, you can use pressure sensor so that it will not influence your
production.
◆ The equipment adopts Schneider HMI made in France and Mitsubishi PLC made in Japan. The
pneumatic solenoid valve and pneumatic valve angle seat valve are all famous brand products such as
Lean, Lianggong, and ESG. Other electrical components are also famous brand products.
You can choose to reserve a central vacuum interface to realize arbitrary switching between
central vacuum and independent vacuum.
ICF BLOCK MOULD DESIGNS
ICF BLOCK Mould Introduction:
We designed different shapes of ICF moulds for construction purpose. The straight board is the mostly
used in buildings. Besides straight blocks, T-shape blocks and L-shape blocks are also often used for
connections and corners.
For easier use, the buyer had better make one mould for each shape. However, if buyer wants to save
cost, we can combine these shapes into 2 moulds. So, two shape moulding machines and 2 moulds are
enough for the beginning.
Because straight blocks are used a lot during constructions, there should be one machine and one mould
specially for making straight blocks. 1m straight block, 600mm straight block and 20mm straight block
are combined together. One mould can make three pieces of 1m straight blocks, one piece of 600mm
straight block and one piece of 200mm straight block.
Besides straight blocks, T-shape and L-shape blocks are also necessary for making the corners and
connect the other blocks.
The other mould is designed to make one piece of 600x600mm T-shape block, one piece of 400x300mm
T-shape block , one 500x500mm L-shape block, one piece of 300x300mm L-shape block and a 20mm
straight block as well as two pieces of small inserts.
ICF BLOCK Mould Introduction:
The mould material is aluminum alloy. Its internal cavities are manufactured by CNC machine. There are
air holes and material feeding holes on the moulds.
The mould can be designed according to customers’ different requirements. We can also carve
customers’ company logos on the moulds, too.
