Some factories adopt an intermittent stirring mechanism for the eps coating, the output is low and the stirring is uneven. The continuous eps coating system developed by our company adopts the method of continuous mixing of twin screws, which can fully mix the resin with the foam particles in the screw in a short time, and the capacity can reach 50 cubic meters per hour. The hardening agent is added to the rear part of the screw, and the extended circulating hot air drying system is used to achieve uninterrupted continuous production.
