EPS 2D CUTTING MACHINE

◆The main frame of the machine is made of professional aluminum profiles and various special
connecting pieces, which is stable in motion and high in precision.
◆The machine adopts stepping motor, the movement is stable, free speed regulation. It is suitable
for cutting special graphics which requires non-stop shifting. The mechanical control is accurate to
0.5mm.
◆Voltage regulation: This machine is equipped with a 3kW transformer, and is electronically
regulated. The voltage output is adjustable from 0-70V. The cutting frame is equipped with 20
heating wires so it can cut 20 identical patterns or characters at the same time.
◆The machine adopts brand computer. The drawing and cutting software interface used is English
logo and identifiable icon. It is easy to operate. Users only need to draw a picture in the drawing
software to switch to the cutting code in the cutting software, and the device will run automatically.
◆The display has the functions of displaying cutting pattern, tracking cutting, etc. The cutting speed
is adjustable, the maximum movement speed is 4000mm/min, and the parameter setting is simple
and convenient.
◆The machine has a stroke protection function. When the movement stroke exceeds the specified
stroke, the device automatically stops, and also has functions such as power-off memory, reverse
cutting and rotation, mirror symmetry, and gap compensation.

Speed of normal cutting machines (Type A or Type B) can’t meet customers’ requirements and it is more
complicated to set the parameters so more and more customers need improved fast speed automatic
machines.
This automatic cutting line has higher cutting speed, it can achieve surface peeling, horizontal cutting,
cross cutting on the same line. The workers just need to put the blocks to the machine and then pack the
finished products.
The cutting thickness is adjusted automatically by PLC. It is more precise and faster.
